On 21st August 2023, 24 children went to motto news offices for a training session on digital literacy and advocacy to help them advocate children’s issues and empower them,
Furthermore, the children were trained in public speaking, media, and communication.
This training was done by their specialist who taught them how to write, public speaking, and build confidence among others. Additionally, the children learned about how to be safe online.
The children did a mixture of practical and theoretical work.
The purpose of this training is to equip children with skills to advocate, empower and mentor children.
