Fun Places to Take Your Kids this Holiday

The holidays are here with us and most parents may want to take advantage of this opportunity to take their kids to fun places before the school resumes.

Finding a good and family-friendly place to take the kids is difficult for most parents. Here is a list of places where parents can take their kids.

Under The Sea

This fun place is child friendly for children who enjoy playing with a sandbox, painting balls, sponges and Lego pits.

The charges are Ksh350 for kids under 3 years and Ksh550 for older kids on weekdays. On weekends, prices go up to Ksh450 for the younger kids, while those over 3 years pay Ksh750. Chaperones and guardians pay Ksh200

 Ozone Trampoline Park

This park offers a professional climbing wall, baby trampolines, foam pit, Olympic trampoline, and a small wall to climb for the little ones.

The Funscapes have fun activities including bumper cars and drop towers. Additionally, they have games and activities designed to teach toddlers better hand and eye coordination

.It has two branches, one at the Thika Road Mall and the second one at The Hub in Karen. The charges are Ksh500 for unlimited number of games.

Playland Amusement Park

Opened in 2019, the park have a Trampoline Park, Bowling, Soft Play Area, Virtual Reality, Ropes Obstacle Course, Pool Tables. Charges ranges from sh150 to sh and sh1,200  and are opened everyday from 10am to 8pm.

Wild waters

This facility offers over 15 adult and kids slides, a water play station and a one-of-a kind Raindance Arena.

Surina Kids World

This is an amusement park that is mainly aimed at children. It has a wide variety of rides and attractions that are sure to keep the kids..

For bowling activities, you will pay Ksh500 per individual irrespective of age. It opens between 11 am and 10 pm every day.

GP Karting in Langata

This is a facility that provides adrenaline packed rides.The charges are between Ksh900 and Ksh1,300 depending on the age bracket (age 5-8 – Ksh900, age 13-16 – Ksh1,100, age 17 and older pay Ksh1,300).

Kids Arena Diamond plaza

The facility offers as skating rink, a maze of climbing nets, and loads of game consoles as well as the trampoline park.

Additionally, it offers activities for both kids and adults such as bumper cars, slides, jumping castle and pool tables.
