Physical wellness is such an incredible journey that very few people have incorporated in their lives despite age, be it children or adults.Regular exercises play an important role in maintaining your heart health and general well being. Not everyone can wake up everyday feeling energised and motivated to put in the hard work that it takes to stay fit.

The world of fitness has recorded a rapid growth overtime especially from the onset of COVID 19 pandemic that saw many people change their ways of life. Other benefits of regularly exercising include : Helps control your weight, helps improve your mental health status and mood, helps your thinking, learning and judgement skills sharp as you age, strengthening bones and muscles, reduces risk of some cancers including colon, uterine and lung cancer, improves your chances of living longer and most importantly improving your sleep.

How can you make exercising part of your routine ?

  • Make the exercise interesting. This could be through listening to music as you exercise.
  • Keep track of your progress
  • Have a working out partner to make it more fun and manageable.
